About School

Gdansk School of Banking is a non-public university which specializes in business education . The School was founded by TEB Academia Higher Education Development Center (TEB Akademia Centrum Rozwoju Szkol Wyzszych) following the Act on Schools of Higher Vocational Education and was the first institution of its kind in Gdansk. The school was entered in the register of non-public institutions of vocational tertiary education on 27th August 1998 on the decision of the Minister of National Education (decision number 9).

On 24th November 2004, the Minister of National Education, on the basis of The State Accreditation Committee's favourable opinion, approved the starting of Master studies in the field of Finance and Banking. In accordance with this decision, Gdansk School of Banking was transformed on 4th February 2005 into a non-public higher education institution and entered in the register of higher education institutions under number 148.
