Students Internships
All the students of Gdansk School of Banking have to do at least 3 weeks of work placement during their BA studies. They can choose a work placement in a Polish company or in a foreign one.
International Relations Office helps the students to organize their internship abroad under the Erasmus programme. It takes usually 3 months and is subsidized by the Erasmus programme. Students who find themselves a place for a work placement abroad in an EU country, can get a grant from the Erasmus programme, too.
Gdansk School of Banking can help to organize internships under the Erasmus programme for students from our partner universities. The School cooperates with companies who are willing to give work placements to foreigners.
The School has its Careers Office which maintains relations with more than 1000 companies and institutions in order to assist students in finding their work placement or first job opportunities. Moreover the Careers Office gathers information on the regional labor market, courses, training programs and other ways of gaining professional qualifications in Poland. It helps students and graduates of Gdansk School of Banking to test their personal and professional abilities, organizes workshops to prepare for job interviews (CVs, self-promotion, etc.) and provides training programs related to entrepreneurship such as Running My Own Business, First Steps Up the Career Ladder and a workshop series titled: Career Manager.
